As I said, I’d think Stefanik and Waltz take their oath, vote on a Speaker, and then resign. That puts them at 215 + whatever they get out of the remaining 6. It could be 218-214 for normal course of business. Of course if Dems won all 6 (unlikely) it could be 215-217 Dems.
