It is technically possible to connect voting machines to the Internet and upload voting data but practically it is impossible because they dont have modems, and if you were to install one it would be impossible to upload data because there is no system to upload to.
All clear? No gaslighting, just you continuing to ignore what is presented to you.

The central tabulators take the precinct numbers and add them up for the state. They are a known vulnerability.
