yes I know the semantics. same difference really. in my mind immunity is power. No?

i don't think the FBI could say no, and i'm not sure why they would

it's all conjecture really, it's anyones guess what's going to happen, what is happening that we don't know about, and the most likely outcome is basically nothing. but you never know.
