If Russia falls, or if Putin bows out / keels over, *rump's prospects will change radically!

NATO does not want Putin to succeed, and they look ready to take in Ukraine soonest.

Maybe we can get Musk, Ellison, Thiel and the boys to buy Putin out. Give them something to do.
