I don’t know where Oz stands on the subject. I don’t know if Trump knows either. Oz is a grifter, but he’s at least a medical doctor - which is leaps and bounds intellectually beyond a lot of Trump’s picks. Trump seems to like Oz and he thinks he’s on his side. That’s enough for Trump to nominate someone, whether they’ve been ‘vetted’ or not. My personal test for a Trump nominee is ‘Is he clearly a psychopath or a sociopath’? Juries still out on Oz, but I still think he’s better than a lot of people Trump could have picked.

Having said that, my husband vehemently disagrees with my hope that Oz steps up to the plate. He really hates Oz.
