I quickly disproved this letter.
The doc indicates that in AZ there were 123k "bullet ballots" where they only voted for Trump with no down ballot votes cast.
However, there were only 41k more votes cast in the presidential race than in the Senate race in AZ this year.
With a name like Spoon-a-more he better have some real evidence instead of made up insinuations.
