I have a favor to ask of anyone here who subscribes to the WSJ. [View all]

In 2010, the WSJ published an article by Karl Rove outlining the Republican plan to take permanent control of government. I cannot access it since I’m not a subscriber. Here is the title.

The GOP Targets State Legislatures
He who controls redistricting can control Congress.
