It's a 7 minute video. I wrote a synopsis of it as a reply to it. The "surprise you" part, at 3:00, is that China's Xi and Biden worked out a deal to cut the supply from China of a precursor for making fentanyl. That reduced fentanyl supply and increased its price. (the NPR article in the OP oddly doesn't mention this at all).
