(1,751 posts)5. Women shifted to Trump too.
Biden won women 57-42 in 2020.
Harris won them 53-45.
She did worse than Hillary too.
So, maybe the same problems that led to a shift among male voters also led to that shift among women voters. Might not be smart to just outright dismiss everything you don't like.

I get Trumpsters trying to "friend" me on Facebook that I say I don't date men who obviously have no respect for women.

Mind-boggling. Centuries of subjugation?? Sad in any case. Stronger together.

Again, maybe asking why the shift occurred is needed to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Nobody actually knows the ratios there, it's just a MODEL used by the exit polling people to MATCH the totals

I no longer trust the polls. The more votes get counted, the narrower the margin of Trump's "win" gets

You created the claim you wanted to dismiss. You alone added the "only" part.

Yessir, I believe it. Add a compliant & corrupt SCOTUS to the ungodly stew, and there you have it.

In the swing states the black movement towards Trump was miniscule at best save Wisconsin

No, you're surprised they voted against what you believe to be their best interests.

Shortly after the election, I saw some woman on MSNBC just flatly say "We need those women to vote THE RIGHT WAY"

What "traditional roles"? Very few women stay out of the labor force these days.

It also glosses over the inconvenient reality 45 percent of women voted for Dump.
