I'm thinking even the 6 extremists now on the court might have a hard time figuring out the familial immunity thing.

What you are suggesting, as best I can understand you, is that the whole country is hostage to the President. We must walk on eggshells, lest the Big Guy get angry and nuke the world.

I'm not entirely sure you've thought this through.
