Oh, is that the take-away? Where in the article other than mere supposition is the statement "People tend to like their own insurer but distrust the industry" supported??? In my experience and talking to other people, generally, people are not satisfied with their
own healthcare. In my experience, every year for the past 10 years the quality you get for your money decreases.
So, who are these "experts" that say "People tend to like their own insurer but distrust the industry..." ?

By including that unsupported statement, it makes it seem like people's responses are emotional - iow, not "reasonable."
