If I was on jury…..

I think ‘only’ could render a guilty charge for something that has less than 3 years imprisonment guaranteed,

AND DONT LEAVE ANY PENALTIES TO BE DECIDED UP TO A JUDGE,
A JUDGE SHOULD NOT BE THE ONE DECIDING

Jury should decide penalties, if any at all.

I can easily see “a hung jury” outcome, or outcomes.
