...that the Republicans are in charge of the House of Representatives and it is their responsibility to present a budget for the upcoming year. If they don't want to do their job, then they should give up their majority.

Democrats have negotiated in good faith to reach an agreement with the Republicans but Trump and Musk blew it up. In fact, they should not be involved in the negotiations at all at this time. They are not officially sworn in until January 20th of next year. They have no authority to negotiate anything at this time. Joe Biden is the President - not Donald Trump or Elon Musk.

Democrats have worked with Republicans and had a budget that both sides agreed upon.

But Donald Trump wants the government to shut down and the economy and stock market to crash before he takes office. Then he will be seen as the Savior once he brings it back to life.

The American people need to understand what is happening to them.
