"I think theres been a lot of nonsense, frankly, on the generational change. What the Democratic caucus did was try to put their best generals on the battlegroundwhos qualified, who has proved their mettle, whos got the skill set. And it had nothing to do with how old people were; it had to do with capability and functionality."
