Those are perfectly fine pants for that outfit. And it took them 8 rounds to figure out he was wearing jeans? I will say the report of this I heard on NPR mentioned that he apparently said some words that weren't appropriate when he was confronted, and a fine of some sort for that would be reasonable, but this disqualification is absurd.
