Most simply require training and experience. We could easily train Americans for most tech jobs. Heck, we already have enough Americans for most tech jobs.

The whole we need to import genius-level H1B visas in order to compete is a joke. The only exception is with high level R&D. Yes, for those jobs, we need exceptional talent in order to innovate, but tech R&D jobs are few.

H1B is a scam to lower wages and control labor. That's it. You cannot get to be a billionaire if you pay your workers fairly.
