made all users of its AI assume legal liability in August of 2023

and then in September of 2023 offered to shield paying customers (since business customers didn't want to be liable)

but IMO with wording giving MS wiggle room to argue the customer was still responsible for harm the AI caused because they didn't use the AI properly.
