It depends on the crime, whether a lengthy jail/prison time was assigned, if the person is a repeat offender, and other factors determined by each country. He’ll be able to travel anywhere he wishes. His convictions are for non-violent crimes and he served no sentence, neither incarceration nor probation.
Source: I’m a convicted felon (gasp! an old drug charge) and have looked into overseas travels. Too poor to go now, but one day…

Add: I think lots of folks would be surprised at just how many of us evil criminal felons you encounter everyday without knowing. The “War on Drugs” and the sickening inequality of our legal system is a nasty piece of work.
