The Transportation Department, National Transportation Safety Board and Environmental Protection Agency responding to the toxic train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio prior to a determination of the cause to first ensure that the State of Ohio had not failed in its railroad safety regulation authority.

I’m sure the residents of East Palestine, OH would have agreed with him.
