a lot even in the last day. This interview was part of the verbal wars going on now and is very public. Karen Bass and the fire chief appear together and say their main goals are the fires in front of them and immediate concerns. But there is obvious tension, and it looks like the fire chief is covering her butt by bringing up the budget cuts.

It does look like Bass will be blamed for a lot, but I don’t even know what to think yet. This is definitely a public spat now, tho. The fire chief’s interview was talked about a lot on the local channels and spectrum news.
