I can guess why, but I won't. However, people will post images on DU that are likely to trigger some people. Really, just about any image might trigger someone. But, we don't require people to post only images that are non-triggering. Sometimes, an image is important enough to post so everyone can see it.

There's no solution, really, to images that trigger someone. That will always happen.
