And he doesn't want to take a lot of time because he is lazy. These are simple concepts that he can spout out. They are like tariffs. He doesn't have to get into trade policy. He can blurt one number and sound tough. He is at his heart a stupid lazy mean spirited me first asshole. Fuck everyone of his voters.
