23. In Ohio a town near us recently made it illegal to sleep on public property.

We have a lot of homeless and they camp under overpasses and along bike trails. All of these places put the homeless in danger of being arrested now. They make no attempt to provide a space for them to sleep. This essentially pushes them on to private property. Politicians can be a lazy, evil lot!
