25. I watched what little I could stand

I served 28 years, 1967-1995, including a tour in the bush in Vietnam.

Hegseth is trash. I will not go into the details of his background, all that is public knowledge. He would have made a great Jan 6 rioter -- tattooed up and down his arms and chest, everything is about waving the flag, everything is about "lethality" and other buzzwords. Then there's his drinking.

He's a typical chest-thumping, look-at-me-I'm-a-tough-guy HOOAH RAH RAH RAH THUMP MY CHEST.

I've talked with a couple of other old soldiers in my neighborhood. They are like me -- Hegseth is a piece of shit. Perfect Trump nominee.
