Asked a question and he rambled about negotiating submarines in Australia in August?

He was neither in the military or government in August, but trumpy dumpy had showed the Australian billionaire the classified docs about the subs for money....did he just admit to espionage, Logan act violations, and working with trump and forgien governments before trump was elected?!
