Trump's freeze on NIH funding will cripple life-saving medical research and the institutions that support it. Hundreds of thousands of research scientists will lose their jobs at research universities and their labs will be shuttered. Research seeking cures and treatments for children's cancer, Parkinson's Disease, Alzheimer's, ALS and every other disease will halt.

Hospitals and community health centers that don't receive Medicaid reimbursements will close. Doctor's offices will close. Doctors, nurses, and all the employees of these hospitals and clinics will lose their jobs.

Not for profit agencies will close, and their employees will all lose their jobs. The essential services they provide will end.

Write to your senators and representatives and tell them to intervene with the Trump administration.
