But did not say Medicaid was exempted. So, yes, it's incompetence on the part of the administration, but not necessarily by the people who were shutting down the portals. They were just following orders.

Well, somebody screwed up big time. On the other hand, the freeze wasn't supposed to go into effect until 5:00 Wiz Imp Jan 28 #10
