9. Obstruction Of Government Operations

They are interfering with the normal statutory operations of the federal government which I believe is a crime. I think that it is called Obstruction of Government Operations, and it is a felony. I am not a lawyer, but I also imagine that they have committed a raft of computer crimes and violations of federal privacy laws, as the OP points out.
