26. Upon formal annexation the people of Gaza would become subjects of the US

Which means they would gain constitutional rights as citizens of the United States. Annexation doesn't mean only the land that, means the people as well. If Gaza is too unsafe for them to go back to then they could resettle anywhere in the US mainland. I wonder how that will go over with their MAGA base. Is this just a distraction from Elon's looting of the Treasury? Doesn't even make sense.
