I believe there were no real plans for any of this before he sat down in a room with Bibi and Bibi said a few things and he then had this bright idea, "Yeah, maybe, sure, we'll just take over the whole thing, the US, why didn't anyone else think of that before? We can develop that land with casinos and hotels, the Palestinians don't want it anymore."

He came out of that meeting thinking he had invented the wheel, and you could see Netanyahu's smirk in knowing that he had just manipulated the foolish neophyte with the smallest of gestures. Trump is a clueless lightweight going into battle with titans.

Of course, this is not possible without genocide, the people of Gaza will give every single drop of blood left in their bodies to stay on their land and in the homes of the ancestors. What does it really mean? Well, the US won't get involved really, but I think this will be an excuse for Trump to completely abandon the rebuilding efforts in Gaza as he'll want to make his delusion a reality by making it worse for people there.

Of note: Trump just sold Bibi 4,000 one thousand pound bombs and $300 Million in armor plated bulldozers. The idea is to find a reason to continue leveling Gaza, Trump literally wants it flattened so they can build hotels on it.
