99-0 is nothing to joke about, even Bernie went along. Armchair quarterbacking is an easy job, but being a Senator is a lot different. Maybe they got along with Rubio and viewed him as empathetic, which is what Duckworth said.

You may have been a Yes and don't even know it if you were a Senator.
