He was claiming there were only 13,099 Illegal Immigrant Murderers Roaming Free on American Streets. Of course, even that was a lie. But he's gone from 13,000 to many, many thousands and thousands. It's obvious he want his cult to believe it's hundreds of thousands (the reason he started with the 21 million number).
