General Discussion

The International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) is the one who delineates the boundaries of any ocean features as well as naming it. Also, the US doesn't have a monopoly over the basin name despite what the bastard says. It would be like if Greece or Italy said the Mediterranean Sea should be called the Greek Sea or Sea of Italy. I assume that any changes to the name would have to be agreed between Cuba, Mexico, and the US, then it would be taken up to the IHO.
