All my d-I-l’s teachers have training in neurodivergent teaching techniques. The ones who really take yo it are irreplaceable. Some don’t but they find out fast if they can’t deal with the various issues the kids face. And of course to all the kids it doesn’t matter. They’re growing up knowing there are differences and developing their own skills for compassion and respect. It’s nice to be even a small part of.
