It would be a political miracle the likes of which we've never seen for any of those districts (except possibly the NY one) to flip.
It would be like Nancy Pelosi's district, the city of San Francisco, flipping Republican.
It's not going to happen.
By all means if you have the money send it to help build more ground game for the future but do it with your eyes open.
