Trump Names Next Generation Fighter (F-47) After Himself. Blames The Generals. [View all]

The next generation fighter contract has been awarded to Boeng, and it's being named after Donnie Dollhands. (The F-47). Trump then claims 'the Generals' chose that name. Either way, that's highly disturbing.


I don't know which is worse:

A) The possibility that this petulant seven year old child, with a need for praise that sucks stronger than the event horizon of a black hole, named the fighter jet after himself, or

B) His hand-picked sycophantic Generals don't HAVE to be told to heap praise on him. They're running on automatic at this point. (Payback from 'Raisin Caine?'). They're no longer making decisions based on military considerations. Every decision must also include a dose of showering glory down on THE DEAR LEADER, North Korean style. As Saddam Hussein found out, when he appointed all his in laws to run the Iraqi Army, that's a pretty good way to create a half-assed Army. Choosing Generals based on personal loyalty, rather than merit, is a really stupid idea.
