There were pictures of him at a sporting event one time, literally falling down drunk.
SS had to pick him up.

I am sure the SS was always doing this kind of thing for him.

Yes Bush looks bad these days.

My theory is that Cheney kept sending Bush a carton of Jack Daniels every week.
Kept Bush out of his hair so he could run the show.
