DBT is good. So is emdr, somatic experiencing, Internal Family Systems, guided rage reducing meditations, intentional walking, mind-body connections like yoga and tai chi, a good therapist,

Along with your psych’s recommendations the above listed therapies can reduce stress and anxiety and rage/fear/anger/cortisol rush cycle.
