Rosa and his family have been seeking citizenship since 2018. They have spent tens of thousands of dollars to finish the process legally and have now been told they must start the entire process again.

Recently, the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), removed Rosa’s wife’s “asylum” from her application. Eliel’s already approved “asylum” status is now pending.
