30. Here in NC it may soon be legal to conceal carry

WITHOUT a permit, or training. That means anyone could be carrying a concealed weapon. Anyone. Scares the $hit out of me. Does it mean that the Magats will show up to protests and start shooting? Does it mean a casual comment to the person in the grocery store will be met with a gun pointed at you?
Does it mean that one should no longer trust anyone else encountered outside your own home?
If this becomes law, NC will be the 30th State to allow carrying a concealed weapon WITHOUT a permit.
