4. I was a journalism major at a well regarded journalism

school in the 80's. Although I won several scholarships based on my reporting, and loved everything about working in print journalism, I could see the writing on the wall and changed majors before I completed my degree. I have never really regretted it because it was a necessary move and I am very practical at heart. But if I had been born 10 years earlier, I would have had a whole different career and life. I think about that occasionally.
