3. When I set mine up I did a live identity verification

after I set up the two-factor authentication. I had to upload a picture and video of myself. Then I had a live call with a rep for further verification. Then they sent an activation code via mail, which I entered when I logged in. Then I had access.

Yes, it's complicated. A live visit would be less complicated, but difficult in a different way. I'm sure a lot of waiting for an open appointment. They are really fucking things up.
