1. Is it true he fired the people in the bird flu division of the CDC?

I don't think it's farfetched in the slightest to expect outbreaks of Measles, Tuberculosis, god knows what else. They've stopped treatment of people with Tuberculosis for at least a month which is enough time for the illness to develop resistance to the antibiotics and other medicines used to treat it, and makes it far more likely it will evolve to harder-to-treat versions of the same bacterium.
