24. I can't help but suspect that it's a sign that his brain is fading.

In MUCH earlier days he was able to make sense. Now he’s just tap-dancing because he feels like he simply MUST be in the news all the time. King of the headlines.

He’d undoubtedly prefer that to King of the headstones - which is about all I can even minimally come up with in response.
