49. Wise and helpful words, John.

Before bed, I read Andy Carpenter’s brilliant fiction series combo of humor, mystery and love for his golden retriever who helps him solve cases. Then I snuggle with and focus on how thankful I am for my two pups and 14-year-old former-feral kitty, as I slowly deep breathe and think “strong” (long inhale) and “healthy” (long exhale). Within a few minutes I’m out for the night.

I wish peace and love and gentle calm to you, and Buddyzbuddy, and our entire DU family.
