The problem with Amazon that it is a self fulfilling case.

I purchase an item at, say, Target But after several months they no longer carry it so I have to go to Amazon.

Sadly, spouse has become addicted. It started with ebooks on Kindle but then, as much as we argue he finds the items on Amazon and they are here within a few days.

I wanted plain water glasses, about 12 oz. I looked on line on Target, yes, Walmart, all they had were bar squat glasses. Finally I had to give up when spouse showed me how many different 12 oz glasses he could find on Amazon. Or I was looking for plain small white plates - Corelle. The local store had only one size, not the one that I wanted. One store had nice plates, $25, each. So we went to Amazon. Got a dozen for the same amount.
