16. We Americans are spoiled. We want cheap goods, even if they are produced by exploited workers in third world countries..

Our capitalist model seems to work so well with the suffering of the workers hidden from view, all we see is the glitz and glamour of the commercials on our TV sets. Outta sight, outta mind.
