1. I'm not sure who is doing the "accusing" and which venue that accusal can be acted upon.

It sounds like it is Dana Milbank of the WaPo doing that action. And the WaPo is in bed with the trump regime.

I agree with the words in that piece, just find they don't have the strength of action needed.
