It wouldn‘t surprise me to hear that a few discreet cries for help from Congressional Republicans have helped prompt Trump to discover a certain willingness to loosen up on some electronics.

The dollar has declined 10% against the Euro in two months, too. This battle over items like airplanes will not ease tensions in that area, either.
