Within the past 3 weeks or so, SSA has sent me a Your Earnings Statement, which I've not received previously in the 8 or so years I've been on SS. It lists not only the monthly benefit amount, but states whether one is eligible for spouse's benefits, survivor benefits, etc. If you get one, SAVE IT!
